About CBP Global Limited
The official national digital gateway for the Citizen Benefits Program.
CBP Global Limited is committed to digital innovation β building the technology that connects vulnerable Nigerians to the food, financial and social services they need.
Our Vision
A Nigeria where no household goes hungry, and every vulnerable family has dignified access to nutritious food and financial support through a fair, transparent and sustainable food-stamp and cash-transfer system.
Our Mission
We operate a secure, technology-driven platform that delivers food stamps and cash assistance directly to vulnerable households β reducing hunger, empowering families, supporting local farmers and fostering community resilience nationwide.
The Challenge
Over 63% of Nigerians β more than 130 million people β live in multidimensional poverty, lacking reliable access to food, healthcare, education and housing. Previous welfare schemes never sustainably tackled the structural causes.
A National Digital Safety Net
CBP is a nationwide social-welfare and digital benefits-transfer system that delivers Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (food benefits), direct cash transfers and related social services β cutting leakages through secure cards and mobile platforms.
How CBP Delivers
Digitally Delivers Benefits
Cash and food-stamp equivalents transferred through secure cards and mobile platforms, cutting off leakages and corruption.
Targets the Vulnerable
Verified national poverty and demographic data direct benefits to households in genuine need.
Promotes Food Security
A Farmers' Market model links farmers, cooperatives and SMEs directly to beneficiaries, eliminating middlemen.
Builds a Digital Economy
Every transaction generates data, expands the tax base and formalises the informal sector.
